The registration fee for the training course includes a complete course materials package.  Registrations do not include hotel accommodations or meals.   Hotel registrations & travel arrangements must be made separately. 

Pre-paid training course registrations must be received at the Roundtable office by October 8, 2010. If payment is not received by that date you will asked to pay the non-member rate. 

Cancellation Policy: Meeting fees to pre-paid registrants will be refunded if a written refund request is received at the registration address by October 8, 2010 .   If you register without payment & do not show, you will be invoiced the training course fee.
