The Auditing Roundtable is pleased to announce the selection of Constance (Coni) Manders as its Interim Director of Education and Training.  Coni’s initial assignment will be to further develop and implement the Roundtable’s EHS Auditor Training & Education Business Plan.  Specifically, Coni will be:

• Overseeing the development of additional training modules
• Preparing requests for qualifications for audit course instructors
• Preparing criteria to select qualified instructors
• Preparing course schedules, pricing and marketing plans
• Conducting market outreach
• Other elements of training and education as may be identified

Coni will be building on the momentum established in Phoenix with the successful role-out of the Roundtable’s first EHS Auditing Skills course.

The Roundtable is fortunate to have such a qualified individual as Coni Manders to help accelerate our initiatives in training and education.  Coni is a long-time member of the Roundtable, having served on the Board of Directors for 5 years and was its President from 1998-2000.  Coni is a former Corporate Manager, HES Compliance Assurance with Occidental Petroleum Corporation.  In addition she has held positions with Deloitte & Touche and Aerojet General Corporation.
